National competition that sets forth the upgrading of São Paulos’s Ibirapuera Sports Complex, built in 1963 to shelter two gymnasiums, an Olympic pool and an athletic-track. The proposal considers the addition of an underground shopping center and a 30-story tower, both acting as the new program that, in principle, would bring private capital to the Complex.
