This is the story of the Kyoto Protocol Landscape. It is divided in two phases. Part I (history) relates to the Jari Project, a mega exploitation of the Amazon forest that began in 1968. Part II (fiction) tells an imaginary unfolding of the Jari Project that starts on 15 sep 2001 and terminates in 2008, at the eve of the Kyoto Protocol's official beggining. The focus of the story is a floating wood-burning plant, which instable landscape changes according to the evolution of the facts.
