Located in the historic center of Porto in Portugal, Lindo Vale Building is just 50 meters from the charming Marquês Square. The project has two fronts: one facing Rua do Lindo Vale, a quiet residential street of houses and small buildings, and the other facing Rua Costa Cabral, one of the longest streets in the city and full of shops and cafes. Only three subway stations separate Praça do Marquês from Avenida da Liberdade, the nerve center of Porto’s iconic Baixa district.

Lindo Vale has six compact apartments. The facades were designed from a reading of the city’s traditional architecture and seek to take advantage of the adjacent alignments, adjusting to the urban front and enhancing the relationships between neighboring buildings. The project values the most important things in a flat: spaces with optimized layouts, backyard, terrace, mansards and plenty of natural light.
